Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment -All consultations must be booked and paid for in advance through the provided scheduling link. -Confirmation on your booking will be sent via email. Cancellation & Rescheduling -Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties. -Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable but may be eligible for a one-time reschedule at the discretion of the consultant. Missed Appointments -If you miss your scheduled consultation without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refunds will be issued. -A new session will need to be booked if you wish to continue.
